Even as a child, I felt that the world of colors, shapes, and creation was my own language. When I drew, painted, or simply dreamed with a pencil in my hand, everything else disappeared. But my path was never straight. It was full of twists, mistakes, courage, and moments when I had to stand up for myself.

My beginnnigs

High school? That was more of a mistake. It was mainly my parents' decision, not mine. I felt I didn't belong there, like I was suffocating. So after graduation, I took a step that changed my life – I flew to the USA. At Brookdale College, I passed the TOEFL exam and finally studied what I loved – art. I completed two semester courses in drawing – Drawing Skills and, for the first time, felt I was exactly where I belonged. I remember thinking, "I can finally breathe.

My creative direction

After returning to the Czech Republic, I was determined to keep going. I enrolled at the 1st Private School of Oil Painting by Věra Šteflová, where I explored new techniques and learned to express myself. Each brushstroke confirmed that this was my world.

Moving to Germany

Then came another big change – moving to Germany because of love. I worked there in a completely different field, flying on private jets and meeting famous personalities like Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, and Luciano Pavarotti. But the most valuable thing this job gave me was time – time to paint. I set up my first small studio, and in 2000, I sold my very first painting. I still remember that feeling when I handed it over: "This is the beginning; this is proof that I can do it."

The pain that brought me back home

Year 2002  brought immense loss. My father's tragic death turned my world upside down. Maybe I would have stayed in Germany, but I couldn't watch my mom grieve alone. I returned home to Czech with a heavy heart but with a clear understanding that I had to go on.

The new beginning

After returing to home I started working at one international creative agency in Prague and dove into the world of graphic design. And I stayed  in this visual, creative sphere that still excites and fulfills me. In 2013, I fulfilled a dream and founded my own graphic studio, kleinMAUS.

Today, I create visual identities, campaigns, and projects for clients, while always keeping space for what I love the most – painting and art .

My path has been thorny but full of color. It taught me that even when doubts scream, and when the world turns against you, you just need to make the next brushstroke. "When you follow what truly fulfills you, you'll never get lost," I remind myself to this day. And I keep going – with my heart, my brush, and an endless desire to create.
